We facilitate the furnishing (FF&E) of new properties entirely with assets from the Curated Goods Alliance (CGA) on a Consignment (VMI) basis.
This drastically reduces upfront Capital Expenditure (CapEx) while simultaneously activating the AAP revenue stream (The Shoppable Residence) from day one.
(Eligibility primarily for Tier H3 Apex Partners).
The Pathway: Tier H2/H3 Integration.
The Managed Residence Alliance operates within the Hospitality framework. To unlock the full potential, including the Revenue Generation (AAP) and Zero-CapEx models, integration at Tier H2 or H3 is required.
